Kick start the day right with my gorgeous Chia seed, cinnamon and maple syrup extra fiber porridge recipe.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp (heaped) M&S Extra Fiber Porridge
200ml Almond Milk
1tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tbsp Canadian Maple Syrup
Method:
1. Start by measuring the porridge into a microwaveable bowl. Then pour in the almond milk.
2. Then place into the microwave and cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring half way.
3. Once cooked and to your liking, add the Chia seeds, cinnamon and maple syrup and give everything a good mix up. You can also top with blueberries, apple and banana or any fruit of your choice. Enjoy!
