Let's get this Summer started with the classic Extra Dry Martini with Gin, delicious!
Ingredients:
15ml Extra Dry Martini
50ml Gin (I love to use Boe)
6 Ice Cubes
Lemon Peel
2 Olives
Method:
1. Firstly place the ice cubes in a mixing glass.
2. Fill the extra cold Vermouth and gin and stir for 30 seconds.
3. Now strain into a cold Martini glass.
4. Twist the lemon peel, this extracts the oils from the lemon. Rub the lemon peel over the rim of the glass then drop it into the cocktail along with the 2 Olives.
