So easy to make at home and cheaper than buying those tiny Supermarket pots.





1 Scant (250ml) of Whole Milk or 2% Milk

1tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice


  1. Simply pour the milk into a large jug and add in the lemon juice. Stir then leave to get to room temperature, around 15-20mins. Then you will have Buttermilk.


After you have used the required amount, store in an air tight container and keep in the fridge.
